Cardiac MRI

Ayden has always been so excited to go to the hospital so he can see the train and play with all the toys. Ayden and Chris had fun crashing the playschool cars while waiting. Ayden is always so brave when getting his IV's, this time he was so good they said he deserved two prizes out of the treasure box.

Ayden was such a trooper...after they finished his IV, we asked if he was ready and he asked, "...to open up my tummy?" This whole time, he had thought he was going in for surgery and had not said so much as a word about it. He has to be the bravest little 3 year old in the world!

When Ayden comes out of his sedation he is always so "loopy". He has so much to say but his mouth can't move fast enough to say it. On the way home he really wanted Chris's sunglasses and we had a good laugh watching him try and position them on his face...and you should have seen him at Aunt Emily's a little later. He wanted so badly to play with Oliver, but could not stand or sit upright long enough to keep up. We kept having to catch him before he fell forward, backwards, or any direction for that matter.

Wow Jill, it seems like you have a precious little spirit in Ayden! I don't even know him and I'm proud of him! I hope everything goes well!

Ayden is the bravest boy, and so cute. We are still waiting to get into the cardiologist and hopefully we can see one here but I will keep you updated. We will also be up north soon and would love to see you guys, so I will let you know. We will continue to pray that all will go well with your little guy.
