Each Christmas we have the kids line up youngest to oldest for pictures, this year those pictures didn't turn out so well so I opted for this one of them all together instead. The kids were so excited for Christmas but they weren't expecting much as they had told Santa to bring there gifts to kids who needed them more. When they came down stairs and saw gifts they were worried Santa hadn't got the message, but after reading the letter he left for them they were very excited to know he had left gifts for them in there stockings. Later that day the kids all commented on how Santa had brought them so many gifts when he wasn't supposed to leave them any. They each had a few small gifts nothing warranting anything as a lot but they were all so grateful and happy. What a memorable Christmas this has been for our family as we have tried to focus on the Savior and giving. In so doing we have witnessed many ways the Lord has blessed our family. I am so thankful for my children and the choice they made on there own to sacrifice there own Christmas so someone else could have one. What an example they have been to me of the true meaning of Christmas.
